How It Works
When a Texas document will be used in another country, the receiving country may ask for an apostille. I notarize your document where it needs a notarization and prepare the request to the Texas Secretary of State.
The office receiving your document tells you which documents need an apostille.
Apostilles are issued only by the Texas Secretary of State, which charges $15 per document. I notarize your document and prepare the request for you. Mailed requests can take up to two weeks after the Secretary of State receives them.
Fees
Travel and after-hours fees are listed on the fees page. A 10% deposit is due at booking to reserve your appointment. It is applied to your total at the appointment.
